Sheba Dorkar provided cleaning and maintenance support for the sewage treatment plant at a Ha-Meem Group industrial facility. The project focused on wastewater chambers, collection channels, concrete tank surfaces and surrounding access areas.
The photographs show dark wastewater and accumulated contamination inside the treatment chambers, stained walls, wet channels and restricted-access areas. Later photographs appear to show cleaner and partially drained sections, indicating progress in chamber cleaning and site preparation.
Site Challenges
The work involved enclosed and restricted-access treatment areas, contaminated wastewater, slippery surfaces, narrow channels and multiple concrete compartments. Such conditions require controlled work procedures, appropriate protective equipment and close supervision.
Project Outcome
The project improved the cleanliness and accessibility of the STP chambers and surrounding maintenance areas. Removal of accumulated wastewater, sludge and surface contamination helped prepare the system for safer inspection, maintenance and continued treatment-plant operation.
